About Us
City Project Solutions is an engineering consultancy with one team in the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka. We build custom software and AI tools, install business networks and integrate smart homes, and we take responsibility for how those pieces work together.
Two countries, one team
We work across the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka. That is not a sales office and a back office: it is one team in two places, which is why a villa in Dubai and a distribution business in Colombo can be served by the same engineers to the same standard.
It also shapes how we deliver. Design, development and review happen remotely as a matter of course, so nothing waits for someone to be in a particular room. When work has to be physical, cabling a floor or commissioning a villa, we are on site for that part and honest about scheduling it.
How we work
Every engagement starts with the problem rather than the product. We map how the work runs today, agree what better looks like in numbers, and put the architecture in writing before anyone writes code or pulls cable. You keep that document whether or not you continue with us.
We then build in increments you can see, on a staging environment you can reach, so feedback happens while it is still cheap. At handover you get the source, the credentials and the documentation. We would rather be kept because the work is good than because leaving is difficult.
One team for the whole result
City Project Solutions was set up by engineers who had worked on both sides of a divide most businesses live with: writing business software, and installing the networks and systems that software depends on. That combination is why we can take responsibility for a whole outcome rather than one layer of it.
