These terms apply to this website. They do not govern work we carry out for clients: each engagement is governed by its own written proposal, quotation or contract, which takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever disagree.

We publish case studies, service descriptions and technical articles for general information. They describe past work and typical approaches, not a promise of a particular result. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing here forms a binding offer or a fixed price.

We keep the content current as best we can, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it.

When you submit the contact form you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people through the form. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship; that begins only when we both sign an engagement.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, submit automated or misleading enquiries, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.

The content, design, code, logos and brand of this site belong to City Project Solutions or to our clients and licensors. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not republish, sell or adapt our content or reuse our branding without written permission.

Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Some pages link to sites we do not control, including live client projects and scheduling or messaging tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
