What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

City Project Solutions is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Reach us at contact@cityprojectsolutions.com about anything on this page.
Enquiries you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and the optional phone number, company name, organisation type, services of interest, budget range, timeline and message you choose to provide. We only ask for what we need to reply usefully.
Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is submitting it. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals for that check. Turnstile does not track you across sites and does not use advertising cookies.
Server logs. Our web server records the usual technical details for each request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, user agent and response status. These keep the site secure and let us diagnose faults.
Usage analytics. This site does not currently run analytics. If we add it, we will use a cookieless tool that does not profile visitors or track them across sites, and we will update this page before switching it on.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We handle enquiry details to respond to you and, if we work together, to prepare a quotation: that is our legitimate interest in dealing with a request you initiated, and the first step towards a contract. We handle spam protection, logs and aggregate analytics under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, working and useful.
Nobody buys your data from us, because we do not sell it. It is visible only to our own team and to the service providers that run the site on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email provider when we reply to you, and Cloudflare for spam protection. Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.
Enquiries stay in our system while we are in touch and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we have the history if you come back to us. Quotations and their related records are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require. Server logs rotate within 90 days. Aggregate analytics contains no personal data and is retained indefinitely.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email contact@cityprojectsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
We operate in the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka, and our infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves its country of origin we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards to keep it protected to the same standard.
The site is served over HTTPS, our admin area requires authentication, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information through the contact form.
This site is aimed at businesses and homeowners, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be summarised at the top.
