Who this is for
This is for villa and apartment owners part way through a fit out, and for anyone who has ended up with six apps that do not talk to each other. Automation is usually sold device by device, which is how you get a smart home where the lights work but nothing else does.
What changes
We design the system first and choose the hardware second. One interface controls the house, scenes do the obvious things without being asked, and the parts that matter keep working when the internet does not.

- Consultation and system design, including what to leave out
- Wiring and infrastructure specification for your electrician and joiner, before the walls close
- Lighting control and scene design across circuits, dimmers and colour temperature
- Climate, blinds and curtain integration with schedules and occupancy triggers
- AV distribution: multi room audio, media rooms and TV integration
- Security integration: cameras, intercom, door locks and alarm, surfaced in one place
- Handover with the household walked through it, plus documentation for future trades
How we work
Discover
We walk the property and talk through how the household lives in it, room by room, before naming a single product.
Architect
We design the system and produce the wiring schedule your electrician needs, with a hardware list you can price.
Build
We install, configure and commission, then tune the scenes against how the rooms are really used.
Support
We stay available for changes as the house fills up, and leave documentation for whoever comes next.

Common questions
We are mid renovation. Is it too late?
If the walls are still open, this is the ideal moment: cabling costs almost nothing now and a great deal later. If the house is finished, we work with wireless and retrofit devices and tell you honestly what that rules out.
Will the house still work if the internet goes down?
Yes, if it is designed that way, and we design it that way. Lighting, climate and scenes run locally. Only remote access and voice assistants need the internet.
Are you tied to a particular brand?
No. We are integrators, not a dealership, so we specify what fits the property and the budget. Where a cheaper device does the job we say so.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Often, yes. We audit what is there, document it, and tell you what can be kept, what should be replaced and what is best removed.
Do you offer a packaged smart home system?
The CPS Smart Home Kit, coming soon, packages our Home Assistant setup: wall tablet and phone dashboards, a 3D floorplan, away modes, escalating alerts and energy tracking, installed and tuned on site.
