Who this is for
This is for villa and apartment owners part way through a fit out, and for anyone who has ended up with six apps that do not talk to each other. Automation is usually sold device by device, which is how you get a smart home where the lights work but nothing else does.
What changes
We design the system first and choose the hardware second. One interface controls the house, scenes do the obvious things without being asked, and the parts that matter keep working when the internet does not.

Common questions
We are mid renovation. Is it too late?
If the walls are still open, this is the ideal moment: cabling costs almost nothing now and a great deal later. If the house is finished, we work with wireless and retrofit devices and tell you honestly what that rules out.
Will the house still work if the internet goes down?
Yes, if it is designed that way, and we design it that way. Lighting, climate and scenes run locally. Only remote access and voice assistants need the internet.
Are you tied to a particular brand?
No. We are integrators, not a dealership, so we specify what fits the property and the budget. Where a cheaper device does the job we say so.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Often, yes. We audit what is there, document it, and tell you what can be kept, what should be replaced and what is best removed.
