A growing company needed a single secure home for internal operations: staff-only access, no extra passwords to juggle, and one consistent login across its Dubai and regional teams.
Overview
A staff intranet with Microsoft single sign-on that puts requests, approvals, reports and bookings behind one secure company login, with each person seeing what their role needs. This is a private build, so access is restricted to staff.
The Solution
We built the intranet in Next.js and connected it to the company's Microsoft 365 tenant through Azure AD single sign-on, so staff sign in with the work account they already use and there is no separate intranet password to manage.
Inside, staff raise requests and the right people approve them, with expense reimbursement, company credit cards, business travel, room booking and reports in one place, and everyone sees exactly what their role needs. People from outside the company only get in when an administrator invites them. Because the build is private, the screenshots on this page come from the staging environment.
