Schematics Design: Smart Home and AV Advisory Website, UAE

The Challenge

A high-end technology advisory firm needed a website that matched the standard of its work and explained complex AV, smart home and automation services clearly to residential, corporate and marine clients.

Overview

A corporate website for Schematics, a technology advisory and integration firm for smart home and AV automation in the UAE and wider Middle East. Structured service pages and clear positioning are built to win enquiries from residential, corporate and marine clients, with content organised around smart home and AV automation search terms.

The Solution

We built the site in Next.js around the way Schematics sells its work. Competency pages cover residential, corporate, multi-dwelling and retail and commercial AV, and a packages section sets out the design stages, from concept design through schematic and detailed design to issue for construction, with bidding, construction administration, commissioning and closeout as additional services.

Most of the firm's projects are private and covered by non-disclosure agreements, so the portfolio presents types of work, such as home cinemas, integrated homes, yachts and multi-dwelling developments, rather than named clients, with the contact page one click away throughout.
