Sound Experience: Sonos and Bowers & Wilkins Store, UAE and KSA

The Challenge

A Dubai premium-audio retailer needed an online store that matched the quality of brands like Sonos and Bowers & Wilkins: effortless to shop, trustworthy, and able to drive both online sales and in-store footfall at Mall of the Emirates.

Overview

Shopify stores for Sound Experience, an authorised Sonos and Bowers & Wilkins retailer selling home theatre, portable and architectural audio in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The UAE store at soundexperience.co is run from Dubai, and the KSA store at soundexperience.sa sells the Sonos range in Saudi riyals. On the UAE store, verified customer reviews, a secure checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and detailed product pages help visitors buy with confidence.

The Solution

We built the store on Shopify with a Liquid theme. The navigation follows how people shop for audio: Sonos by smart speakers, home theatre, portables, headphones, sets and architectural audio, and Bowers & Wilkins by headphones, wireless speakers, sound bars and loudspeakers, with a special offers section for bundles.

Product pages carry the detail buyers usually ask about in store, Judge.me shows verified customer reviews, and checkout accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards. The Mall of the Emirates showroom, phone number and support email sit in the header, so online visitors can also come in and listen.

For Saudi Arabia there is a second Shopify store at soundexperience.sa. It follows the same Sonos navigation, with smart speakers, home theatre, portables, headphones, accessories, architectural and audio components and a special offers section, shows prices in Saudi riyals, and puts the Saudi customer support number and the KSA team email in the header.
