The Solution
The site runs in English and Japanese with a language switch in the header. Buyers search the inventory, browse top selling and recommended vehicles and parts, or explore vehicles by country of origin, and every page offers a direct call or WhatsApp message to the team.
It is built mobile first, with a Next.js front end on a Python Flask and PostgreSQL back end hosted on an Ubuntu VPS, so pages stay quick for buyers on phones around the world.
